Q. What kind of products do you sell?
At Femi you will have access to variety of products from grocery, household supplies and so on.

Q. What if I am unable to find a product?
Femi is a growing online grocery store that caters to customer needs in all over Pakistan. If you are unable to find a product please feel free to reach out to our customer support via live chat or WhatsApp number and we will make sure it will be arranged duly.

Q. What areas do you deliver to? Are the rates the same?
We are delivering all over Pakistan. There are some areas that are excluded. You can find the areas we serve here. Delivery rates are not same. Every location have different delivery charges.

Q. Can I have same day delivery?
We offer same day delivery service only for Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Wah Cantt Area. Rest of the cities have different delivery time ranging from same day to 3 days. Customer can choose the most convenient time-slot from available time-slots at checkout page.

Q. Can I have a scheduled delivery?
Yes, you can always have scheduled delivery. On checkout page, you can select the date and time slot as per your convenience.

Q. What payment options are available?
We entertain following payment methods:
a) Cash on Delivery (COD).

b) Online payment by Debit or Credit Card.
c) Bank Transfer.

Q. What is cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery allows for customers to pay on their doorstep. You will be asked to pay once the order is delivered in full.

Q. How can I avail my discount coupons?
Discount offers and coupons can always be availed at the time of checkout. You will have to enter your coupon code at the checkout page. In case of any issues, you can always reach out to us our customer representative will guide you through the process.

Q. Can I change my order?
While making the order, you can always edit them from the cart. Order can also be changed during the confirmation call. Once the order is under processing it cannot be changed.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
For order cancellations you are required to immediately contact support through live chat or by writing to us @ info@raleon.me or through WhatsApp or through online chat.

Q. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! If you are registered with Femi and have Femi account, you can track your order under My Account and My Orders section.

Q. Does Femi use third party delivery services?
Femi have their own fleet for deliveries in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Wah Cantt Area. For rest of cities we are using third party delivery services.

Q. What if the order has defective products?
Femi makes sure that all the products delivered are fresh, valid, in good condition and best for use. In case of defective delivery, you can always reach out to us via customer support and have your order replaced.

Q. What is the process for a refund in case of cancellation or return?
In case if you are not satisfied with the products, you can return your order. We will get the products picked from you and your amount will be refunded without asking any questions. Food products can only be returned at the time of delivery. No return will be accepted for Food item after delivery.

Q. Do you deliver on Sundays?
Yes Femi does deliver on Sundays.

Yes Femi does deliver on off days.

Q. What are your operational timings?
Our operational timings are from 8 am – 8 pm.

Q. What happens if the order is delivered late?
We make sure that all of the orders are delivered as per communicated delivery time. In case of any delays, customers are always informed accordingly.

Q. What happens if the order is delivered at a time when I am not there?
Orders are always delivered as per the time chosen by the customer himself. A no-show has accommodated accordingly as per mutual consent.

Q. Do I need to make an order for creating an account?
The account is free of cost and does not require any purchases at the time of registration.

Q. Are there any additional terms and conditions for registration?
No, there are no additional terms and conditions.

Q. Do I need to submit any private information while registering?
Femi only requires you to submit essential information such as name, address, and phone number, email address. We will never ask you submit financial / monetary details.

At Femi our engineers strive for bringing the best to our customers. The data provided to Femi is always kept secured and not shared with third parties.

Q. How to shop?
a) Log onto www.femi.pk
b) Signed up visitors can sign up through their accounts. You can even checkout as a guest in order to save time.
c) Visit your desired category.
d) You can also have a look at available campaigns and discount / bundle offers.
e) Find your desired product.
f) Add them to your cart.
g) You can view your cart anytime during ordering.
h) Done shopping, you can visit the cart, verify your order and proceed to check out.
i) Enter your shipping address, delivery date and time, mode of payment and review your order for one last time.
j) Click place order and your grocery is done. That’s how simple it is!
k) You will receive a confirmation email and a phone call from our customer service department. Before such time you have the option to cancel or modify your order either online or by calling the customer service department. Once the order is confirm you will not be able to change your order.
l) You also have the option of tracking your order until it has been delivered to your home. We will be notifying you throughout the order preparation process to keep you informed.
